Change Freeze
Our development and project teams will be implementing a change freeze from Sunday, 14th December, 2025 through to Monday, 5th January, 2026. No software updates will be implemented during this period.

Our implementation teams return on Monday, January 5th, 2026, and look forward to assisting you in growing your business in the New Year.
Licence Renewal
There is no grace period for API licence lapses. We encourage clients whose licences expire on December 31st, 2025, to settle their payments for licence renewal before Friday, December 19th. If you believe your licences are due for renewal during this time and we have not already contacted you, please call or email us as soon as possible.
Server Migrations
If you are considering a server migration or software upgrade to your servers over our shutdown period, we strongly encourage you to discuss this with one of our MYOB Exo Team Leaders first. We will need to schedule a consultant to assist you ahead of time, as our support team will be unable to assist.
Backups
This is an excellent opportunity to check your local system backups. You should already have a strict backup regime, but ensure you test the recovery process at least once a year. MYOB Exo users should include the SQL database and supporting Clarity files in this backup. If you are a victim of a Crypto-Lock Virus, these backups are your only path to recovery.
Training
The Training Team will return on Monday, January 12th, 2026 and is looking forward to providing new ways for you to upskill in your MYOB product.
