Classic UI Deprecation in 26R2

Please be aware that MYOB Acumatica's Classic UI will no longer be available after the 2026R2 upgrade, which is due in 2027. From that release onward, MYOB Acumatica will run exclusively on the Modern UI (MUI) framework.

If any of your screens have been customised, those customisations will need to be converted to MUI before your site moves to 26R2. Our team can handle this conversion, and we recommend starting this process now to ensure a smooth upgrade.

Important Update

Changes to 2FA Requirements

Please be aware that starting from the 1st of September, 2026, email will no longer be an option for 2FA for new users, or for existing users when they reset their password. Users who already use email for 2FA can continue to do so; however, this option will be removed entirely in 2027.

Email authentication is the least secure of the available options. This change is being made to safeguard access to your system and sensitive data. We recommend changing your 2FA option to either SMS or an Authenticator app.

Follow our instructions to make this change in your Account Security settings.

Important Update

Microsoft Exchange Web Services (EWS) Deprecation

From 1 October 2026, Microsoft will begin the deprecation of Exchange Web Services (EWS). This will affect Microsoft Exchange integration working for many MYOB Acumatica sites. If you use the Exchange integration to send emails from within MYOB Acumatica, you may be affected.

The 2025R2 version of MYOB Acumatica adds the Microsoft Graph option as a replacement for EWS. Configuring this change to keep your integrations working is straightforward; however, you must be on 2025R2 to proceed.

Your upgrade date has been scheduled to keep ahead of this change. If you have any concerns, please reach out to our support team.
