Enabling 2FA in MYOB Acumatica Payroll in Australia
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will soon be mandatory for Payroll Administrators in the Australian version of MYOB Acumatica Payroll.
This change is part of MYOB’s enhanced security requirements and ATO compliance obligations.
If you have not enabled 2FA for MYOB Acumatica by 28 August 2025, it will be enforced for all sites running version 2024.2 or later from the end of September.
If you upgrade after September, 2FA will automatically be enforced 30 days after your upgrade.
