BNZ has upgraded its Bank Feeds process, replacing paper forms with an electronic consent system and improving data transfer. This update aligns with global best practices for security, compliance, and customer control. Key Dates to note:
From 1 July 2025: All new BNZ bank feeds must use the new API (version 2024.1.300 or later).
By 1 December 2025: All existing bank feeds must be migrated to the new system. Change management details will be provided in Q3 2025.
If you're a BNZ customer with bank feeds still on the old system, it's important to act now. Please contact your account manager to reconfigure your feeds to the new API to ensure continued functionality.
